Last week, I have contacted an Agency in Dubai for my Degree Certificate (Calicut University) attestation. But they have denied to accept due to some new rules i.e. before getting attestaion from HRD, MEA & Embassy,I have to get the attestation from Kerala State Home Dept. personally. So, please help me, what is new rule to attest the Certificates belongs to the Kerala State.
